· You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

· Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

· Custom or personalized products

· Items showing signs of use or wear

· Products damaged by misuse or abuse

· Items returned after the 30-day window

· Gift cards

· Digital downloads or software

 

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Before returning any item:

1. Email us at support@kexmo.com

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Provide photos if the item is defective or damaged

4. Wait for our response with return instructions

Response Time: We respond to all return requests within 24-48 hours.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

· We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

· You'll receive detailed return shipping instructions

· The RMA number must be clearly marked on your return package

Important: Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Prepare your return:

· Use the original packaging if possible

· Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation

· Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit

· Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt

Step 4: Ship the Item Back

· Use a trackable shipping service

· Insure the package for the item's value

· Ship to the address provided in your return instructions

Return Shipping Costs:

· Customer pays return shipping for non-defective items

· KEXMO covers return shipping for defective or wrong items

· We recommend using tracked shipping for protection

Step 5: Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return:

· Items are inspected within 3-5 business days

· We verify the item meets return conditions

· You'll receive an email confirming inspection results

· Refunds or exchanges are processed upon approval
